As a fifth-generation family-owned Chicago business, we believe in the spirit of community and making a positive difference in the lives of people around us. We live and work all over Chicagoland, and we consider it our responsibility to our neighbors.  The Good Will Network was created in 2002 as a way to further Baird & Warner's philanthropic spirit and unite our communities. Through charitable contributions, volunteering , and creative events, our broker associates, loan officers, and staff have now donated more that $2.2 million and almost 1,000 volunteer hours at Chicagoland nonprofits that focus on shelter and homelessness, particularly for women and children.
